Meditation is a powerful instrument that gives us the power of quieting and calming the mind. Body and mind are interconnected, so the more clear we have our mind the better we are going to feel in our body.
Trough meditation we can clear negative and unwanted thoughts, and be able to see the truth of our own being.
Inspired in the Vipassana practice, we will observe the sensations in our body and how to be able to not get attach to them, so in our daily lifes we will be able to overcome problems as well as cravings. Being in balance in the mind will bring balance in our lifes.
